As a compassionate and experienced caregiver, I bring a unique blend of skills to postpartum support, drawing from my background as a health coach, nanny, and educator. My journey began when caring for my sisters after childbirth, realizing that the best way to help was by giving them time to bond with their baby while I handled meals and daily tasks. Comfortable with newborns and knowledgeable about holistic care, I support moms in feeling nurtured and confident during the postpartum period. With a calm demeanor, I create a supportive environment while respecting each family’s unique dynamics.

Reviews

“Stacey prepared the best meal for us that were super healthy but also so comforting. She’d bring me a creative snack plate and homemade ginger tea when I was in the nursery. She truly made me able to rest and focus on my baby. Mostly importantly, my husband and I thought Stacey was a great presence to have around.”

“I couldn’t have predicted how hungry I’d be breastfeeding, and Stacey made great freezer meals and taught me some great recipes and tricks for quick meals. She was also great with dogs (one of which was highly energetic) and they learned tricks from when she’s take them on walks.”
