About Me

With a deep passion for supporting others, I bring a unique blend of caregiving, coaching, and education to my work. I believe that wellness isn’t just about one aspect of life—it’s about nourishing both the body and mind. Whether it’s spending time outdoors, preparing wholesome meals, or creating balance in daily routines, my goal is to make wellness accessible and enjoyable.

Cooking, especially plant-based meals, is one of my greatest joys. I see food as a powerful tool for feeling vibrant and strong, but also as a way to create and share with others. Exploring new recipes and preparing nourishing meals is something I truly enjoy—whether it’s for my own family or the clients I support.

Through my work, I hope to empower individuals and families to feel supported, confident, and aligned with their personal wellness goals—whether that means embracing a healthier lifestyle, finding balance in daily life, or simply having the space to breathe and recharge.

In my spare time, you’ll find me hiking with my two dogs, practicing yoga, curled up with a good book, trying a new recipe, crafting, going for a run, or soaking up the sunshine near the water.
